Soyabean Cutlet

Ingredients –

Oil – (3tbsp) + (4tbsp)

Sesame Seeds – 2tbsp

Green Chilies – 2(finely chopped)

Salt

Ginger & Garlic – 3tsp (crushed)

Onion – 1 (medium sized finely chopped)

Garam Masala Powder – 2tsp

Red Chili Powder – 1tsp

Coriander Powder – 1tsp

Soyabean Granules – 1cup (grinded and boiled)

Potatoes – 2 (boiled & mashed)

Amchur Powder – 1tsp

Bread Crumbs – 2tbsp

Maida – 1/2 cup

Rice Flour – 1/4th cup

Green Coriander Leaves – 2tbsp (finely chopped)

Process –

Heat 3tbsp of oil in a pan and add 2tbsp of sesame seeds.

Add 2 finely chopped green chilies and 3tsp of crushed ginger and garlic in hot oil.

Then add 1 medium sized finely chopped onion.

Add salt

Sauté onions till they become golden brown in colour.

Add 2tsp of garam masala powder and 1tsp of both red chili & coriander powder.

Then add 1cup of grinded & boiled soyabean granules.

Add salt.

Fry the mixture for 3 to 5 minutes on medium flame then after 3 to 5 minutes remove the mixture from flame and let it cool down.

Then add 2 boiled and mashed potatoes in the mixture.

Add 1 tsp of amchur powder, 2tbsp of bread crumbs, 1/2cup of maida, 1/4th cup of rice flour, 2tbsp of finely chopped green coriander leaves and salt in the mixture.

Mix all the ingredients properly.

After mixing take small portions from the mixture and give all the portions flat round shape after some time our all cutlets are ready for shallow frying.

Heat 4tbsp of oil in a pan and place all the cutlets on the pan for shallow frying keep flipping the cutlets so that they get cooked from all sides.

Fry the cutlets until they turn golden brown from both the sides.

After frying take out all cutlets from hot oil and serve hot!
